NARA needs an application that allows property managers to publish information about excess property for review and re-utilization prior to reporting the property to GSA. GSAXcess Excess Property Modular shall support NARA?s following requirements: (1) Application must provide an easy support for publishing the Excess list and allowing users to select items for re-utilization: a) Users must be able to access the application throughout the Smithsonian organization; b) The property management offices should be able to add assets to the Excess list (IPM-CS); c) Users must be able to select items that they wish to acquire from the Excess list; d) Notify emails to the appropriate people so that the item can be transferred after a request; e) Application must report to GSA via GSAXcess if an asset remains on the list longer than a specified number of days then the records will be reported to GSA via GSAXcess; f) Application must meet GSA?s standard file format for reporting assets to GSAXcess via FTP. The contract will be a Firm-Fixed Price contract. The Term of the purchase order is Net in Full, 30 days from the day of an invoice.
