This posting constitutes the U.S. Military Academy, West Point, NY notice of intent to award, on a sole source basis, a purchase order to Innovative Interfaces, Inc., 5850 Shellmound Way, Emeryville, CA 94608. Innovative Interfaces, Inc. is the sol e source for hardware, software and technical maintenance service for the USMA Library using the existing Innopac integrated library system which is proprietary software and maintains capability with existing Innovative Interfaces, Inc. system. This notice of intent is not a request for quotation or a solicitation of offers. Interested parties may submit their capabilities and qualifications to perform the effort in writing to the designated representative. Response to this notice must be received within two calendar days of the date of this notice via email. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement, upon receipt of response to this notice, is solely at the discretion of the Government in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b). No solic itation will be available.
