The U.S Department of State intends to negotiate a sole source procurement with RG II Technologies, Inc., 1997 Annapolis Exchange Parkway, Suite 210, Annapolis, MD 21401 under authority of FAR 6.302-1 - Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This procurement is for maintenance, enhancement and other related services for the International Affairs Database (IAD), to include required modification to IAD to incorporate new budgetary regulations and policies, etc., for the Department's Office of Foreign Assistance Programs and Budget. The proposed contract action for software maintenance and enhancement is to be issued off the vendor's GSA Federal Supply Schedule. This notice of intent is not a request for competive proposals.
