This is a notice of intent to award a sole source order to Globalstar LLC, 461 So. Milipitas Blvd, Milipitas, CA 95035, for their U.S./Carribean Annual Satellite Service Plan in support of U.S. Secret Service owned Qualcomm units. Award will be made based on Other Than Full and Open Competition as authorized by FAR 6.302 against GSA BOA GS09K00BHA0029. This notice is neither a request for proposal nor a solicitation of offers. No formal solicitation package is available. Any inquiries must include a full capability statement and must be received no later than five (5) days after publication of this synopsis. The Government will not be responsible for any costs associated with the preparation of responses to this announcement. A determination not to compete this proposed procurement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. See Note 22 – 45 days is changed to read five (5) days.
