Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subscription Services for Oracle Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) for Public Sector The Department of Interior (DOI), Interior Business Center (IBC), Acquisition Services Directorate (AQD), on behalf of the DOI, Financial Management Directorate (FMD), intends to award a sole source Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) purchase order to CACI Enterprise Solutions, Inc. (CACI), 14370 Newbrook Drive, Chantilly VA 20151 for Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subscription Services for Oracle Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) for Public Sector. The required FAR Subscription Services provide distribution of clause content with Oracle Contract Expert rules based on prescriptive text. In addition to initial FAR content, updates are provided to ensure that the CLM clause library is current with the federal regulations. CACI has unique understanding of, and access to, the Oracle CLM for Public Sector software data and code. DOI has found no other firm providing FAR subscription services that specifically work with Oracle CLM for Public Sector. The purchase order will include a one-year base period with four one-year option periods, for a total overall period of performance of five years. The statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition is 41 U.S.C. ร‚ยง253 (c)(1) - Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Exercise Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. The applicable Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) authority is FAR 13.501(b)(1)(ii).
