The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency intends to enter into a sole source contract with Factiva for its online Dow Jones Newsstand/Wall Street Journal Interactive, which provides comprehensive coverage of up to the minute business and financial news (e.g. the Wall Street Journal, New York Times, Financial Times, Barrons, Forbes). The anticipated period of performance for this service is from October 1, 2003 - September 30, 2004. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals, and no solicitation documents are available. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct competitive procurements, which is solely within the discretion of the OCC. Any written response should include full costing information, as well as descriptive literature containing sufficient technical documentation to establish a bonafide capacity to meet the requirements. *****
