The intent of this notice is to determine the availability of qualified commercial sources technically capable of providing the below:

The Fort Gordon Signal Center Experimentation Division has a requirement to provide Experimentation, Modeling and Simulation services. The Government plans to do a modification to extend the FUTURE FORCE, WIRELESS, and SATCOM EXPERIMENTATION and ENGINEERING SUPPORT (Contract W911S0-08-C-0010) an additional 30 days from 1 June 2013 through 30 June 2013. This extension will provide continued Live Experimentation support until a follow-on contract can be awarded by MICC - Fort Gordon. Contractor must be able to provide 5 Principle Engineers and one Senior Computer Scientist by 21 May 2013 for a 30 day period.

Potential offerors having the skills, experience, professional qualifications, and capabilities necessary to perform the described requirement are invited to provide a capabilities statement via e-mail. The Capability statements shall not exceed five (5) pages and must include the following: 1) Company name and Point of Contact information (address, telephone, e-mail, web-site, etc.); 2) DUNS number and CAGE code; 3) Small Business Size/Certification (to include 8(a), HUBZone, SDVOSB, etc.); and 4) Familiarity and knowledge of the requirement.

All responses will be used to determine the appropriate acquisition strategy for a potential future acquisition.
