Upgrades/maintenance consists of 6 IDL Unix Floating Networks, 5 IDL Windows Floating Networks, 1 IDL PC-Unix Node Locked, 1 ENVI-IDL Unix Floating and 1 IDL Windows Node Locked. Shipping: FOB Destination. This requirement is determined to be available from only one source because of the unique features and proprietary nature of the system. No formal request will be issued for this procurement.
