This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number N00039-14-T-0001 is issued as an RFQ for the renewal of EMC software maintenance for SPAWAR PMW 240 Navy Information Application Products Suite (NIAPS) Distance Support. This procurement will be a small business set-aside, and the appropriate NAICS code is 511210. Please note that current maintenance expired on 25 September 2013, which was at the end of FY13. Due to FY13 funds no longer being available, the start date for the maintenance renewal cannot date back to 26 September 2013. Please provide a quote with a prorated start date of 1 October 2013 - 24 September 2014 and include any fees to cover the 5 days' worth of lapsed maintenance, if necessary.
