The Export-Import Bank intends to renew its continuing requirement for subscription services from Ebsco Subscription Services, 10 Estes Street, P.O. Box 682, Ipswich, MA 01938. The requirement is for access to their Business Source Premier Service, a proprietary online database that indexes over 7,000 periodicals and contains full text for over 5,000 periodicals, covering business, management, economics, finance, accounting, international business. Business Source Premier offers full text from management and marketing journals, which include journals in areas of economics, finance, and accounting, and country economic reports. The Bank utilizes the Datamonitor reports are included, for both industries and companies. The Bank requires access to Ebsco’s Business Source Premier Service online database for a twelve month base period and four consecutive option years. This purchase is being made under commercial buy procedures in accordance with FAR 13.5. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal or quotation, which shall be considered by the Bank.
