NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITVE PROPOSALS. The Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) on behalf of the Bureau of Indian Education (BIE) intends to enter into a sole source Firm-Fixed Price contract with EBSCO under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b), Soliciting from a single source. The Haskell Indian Nations University (HINU) has a requirement for EBSCO databases provide a widely academic source of scholarly information for our college students. Haskell Library has used EBSCO for over 35 years and has been satisfied with outstanding services they provide. EBSCO database subscription package is currently being used by students. The availability of resources is extremely valuable to an academic library as it supports academic programs on Haskell campus. The anticipated period of performance will be from July 20, 2020 ¿ June 30, 2021 with four (4) option years. The total anticipated cost is $42,275.00 The period of performance will be for a year, delivery date June 30, 2021. No solicitation is available and no technical questions will be answered for this requirement. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 519130.
