The Defense Security Cooperation Agency (DSCA) is issuing a solicitation for service to acquire support for the continued maintenance and enhancement of a very large (~60,000 function points) and complex software application known as the Defense Security Assistance Management System (DSAMS). DSAMS is managed and maintained by the Defense Security Cooperation Agency (DSCA) on behalf of over 2,500 users in the Army, Navy, Air Force, DSCA and other Defense Agencies. The proposed contract will be performance-based Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP). This requirement is being solicitated as a total 8(a) set aside.
