This is a notice of intent to award a sole source contract and is not a request for competitive quotations. The government intends to solicit a quote and enter into a purchase order with Document Storage Systems, Inc. (DSS), Palm Beach Gardens Florida for the continuation of equipment and services/software licenses for VISN 20 Clinical Information Systems/Anesthesia Record Keeping (CIS/ARK) DataBridge Suite Hospital Perpetual License (herein after DataBridge). DataBridge Software is an ongoing subscription that stores the information from the two sources of equipment used for the VISN 20 medical sites, CIS and ARK. This purchase order will be for the installation of new equipment for the VISN 20 newly acquired ARK system and the on-going software license and maintenance for CIS and ARK. The proposed vendor is Document Storage Systems, Inc. (DSS), This Vendor is the only vendor that can supply and maintain this equipment and subscription license. There is a proprietary license given to DSS. These items/services need to be awarded before 01 August 2015 to ensure no disruption in current The Government shall consider all responses received prior to the close date of this announcement. Written responses to this notice shall contain sufficient documentation to establish bonafide capability to fulfill the requirements established above, including but not limited to brochures and product literature matching or exceeding specific capabilities as listed on the attached Schedule of Supplies. All responses must be received no later than 29 May 2015, 12:00PM, Eastern Standard Time, and should indicate whether the vendor is a Small Business or Other Than Small Business.
