What is the correct procedure for receiving the RFP?” A.4 As stated in the combined solicitation TIRNO-05-R-00024 posted on www.fedbizopps.gov, “This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is TIRNO-05-R-00024 and is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) with the evaluation and award prescribed in FAR Part 12 and FAR Subpart 13.5, Test Program for Certain Commercial Items, will be followed. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 05-05.” This concludes the list of questions and answers for this amendment. The Government will no longer accept any more questions pertaining to TIRNO-05-R-00024.
