The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) intends to issue a purchase order on a sole source basis to DialogSelect for a subscription renewal for the period of twelve (12) months (January 2005 through December 2005) which provides unlimited, concurrent and direct access to all Food and Drug Administration staff through the Internet to law, news, financial, biomedical and patent information. The service will provide printing, downloading, the Internet Toolkit, user training and training materials. DialogSelect provides their own unique features and database, as well as some overlap in files and features which are customized to meet needs of FDA staff. (i) See Numbered Note 22.
