The Department of Veterans Affairs Central Office (VACO), Acquisition Operations Service, Washington, DC intends to award a sole source contract to ViaNovus Inc., Alameda, CA. ViaNovus will continue to provide Software Licenses for the Paragon Program. The Paragon Program Management Systems License is for the Department of Veterans Affairs, Resident Engineer Management Systems (REMS). The contract will be for a base period with two one-year options. The authority for this sole source requirement is FAR 6.302-1. Interested parties will be considered if the response includes a clear understanding that their software has the identical capabilities of the ViaNovous software Paragon. Interested parties must respond in writing to the Senior Contract Specialist within ten (10) calendar days after initial publication of this notice. The determination to open competition based on responses received is solely within the discretion of the Government. The NAICS code is 541513. Please reference RFQ Number 101-23-06 on any submission.
