Scanning and Georeferencing services for approximately 55,283 high density film negative photo indexes with an average size of 20" x 24"; 15,972 film negative, Mylar, and paper line/spot/photo indexes in a variety of sizes up to 49" x 65"; georeferencing services for approximately 105 scanned TIFF index maps. These indexes are the Government's historic collection of reference material for aerial photography contracts issued since 1955. The purpose of the project is for historic preservation and greater public access. The proposed contract is 100% set-aside for small business concerns.
