This Notice of Contract Action (NOCA) is to inform that the 42nd Contracting Squadron at Maxwell AFB, AL intends to award a contract for a "sole source" to DATA PIPE CORPORATION, an ongoing web-hosting service requirement through the AFJROTC by providing continuous Cyber-Campus website which includes data-enhanced process modeling, web-based communication between HQ and the geographically separated units to include email, document library, message boards, video repository, databases, business intelligence reporting system, and syncing data to offline application. AFOATS/JR or a contracted agent of AFOATS will access and manage the site remotely. This will be a firm-fixed price contract. If there is any business that can provide an "or equal" technology that meets the following Statement of Work (SOW), they must respond to this notice before 1: 00 PM (Central Daylight Savings Time) on 20 Feb 2007. The contractor will provide 24 hour immediate support. 3.3 The government will ensure the contractor is performing in accordance with this Statement of Work by documenting assessment on AF IMT Form 3900, see Attachment 1
