OBJECTIVE
NAWCTSD Orlando currently has a distributed antenna system and is seeking to upgrade to modern technology to provide continued cellular coverage within the DeFlorez building at 12211 Science Drive, Orlando, FL 32826. The configuration of the current system is listed below:
Current System Main Components:
1. Dual-Band Bi-Directional Amplifier- NOT FUNCTIONING
2. 6 Each In-Line Booster for PCS (1900 MHz) and CEL (800 MHz) coverage area
3. Dual Band Line Amp Kit
4. 1 Panel Donor Antenna PCS (1900 MHZ)
5. 1 Yagi Donor Antenna CEL (800Mhz)
6. 1 Non Penetrating Antenna Mast
7.
36 Indoor Omni Directional Distribution Antennas
8. Assorted couplers, power dividers, jumpers, coaxial cable, plenum coaxial cable, and connectors
Requirements
1. An existing system is currently in place and shall be reused to the maximum extent possible. If a system component is not reusable, it shall be replaced in its same capacity by newer technology.
2. This requirement is to upgrade the current system architecture to support cellular signal coverage for all major carriers (AT and T, T-Mobile, Sprint and Verizon) in the DeFlorez building of NAWCTSD Orlando.
3. System must be FCC compliant and adhere to all relevant cellular signal laws and regulations.
4. Vendor will adhere to all local, state and federal codes for the installation of any equipment.
5. The coverage area extended by this system shall include all major carriers, to include but not limited to:
a. AT and T 3G + 4G LTE + *5G
b. Verizon Wireless 3G + 4G LTE +*5G
c. Sprint 3G + 4G LTE +*5G
d. T-Mobile 3G + 4G LTE + *5G
* If technology is available
6. Installation, parts and materials will be provided by the vendor.
7. Work must be completed and invoiced by September 30th, 2020.

Evaluation Criteria
1) Addressed all 4 major wireless service providers (Verizon, AT and T, Sprint and T-Mobile).
2) Addresses requirements of 3G, 4G/4G LTE and 5G and signal levels
3) Provided technically sound solution including system design, commissioning of the system, carrier agreements, system components, and project management.
4) Installation plan addresses required coverage areas within deFlorez Bldg.
5) Acceptance Test Plan ââ¬â properly test, demonstrates signal capabilities to include documentation for FCC compliance, installation, equipment list, and warranties.
6) Cost should include vendorââ¬â¢s cost and all associated fees/cost to include any recurring cost required to include options for warranty plans and service level agreements.
