The Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC), Brunswick, GA, intends to award a sole source commercial purchase order to Adelphia Communications (Cable), 1967 Glynn Ave., Brunswick, GA 31520 to provide Cable Television services to FLETC. Adelphia Communications currently provides cable television services to FLETC under a franchise agreement with Glynn County, GA. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed purchase order based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
