NOTICE OF INTENT TO PURCHASE BRANDNAME. In accordance with FAR 6.302-1(c), the Government hereby issues its notice of intent to purchase Netapp equipment through CHESS under ITES-2H program. This is not a request for competitive proposals. The Army's Surface Deployment and Distribution Command (SDDC) intends to publish an RFQ on CHESS for fair opportunity among CHESS vendors.
