The Office of Naval Research (ONR) intends to award a contract to Quality Technology, Inc. located at9475 Lottsford Road, Suite 100, Largo, MD 20774, to procure a Broad Agency Announcement (BAA) tool to provide immediate functional support for the Office of Naval Research pilot program. The BAA tool is an automation tool that will be used for receipt and evaluation of proposals. The Government intends to issue an order in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Items. The period of performance for this effort will be from the effective date of order through five (5) months. Responses to this notice must be received no later than 2:00 PM on 01 November 2007. Any responses received after the exact time and date specified in this notice is "late" and will not be considered.
