The Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) is placing a Service Agreement with Innovation Data Process for software maintenance and upgrades for fiscal year 2004. This software is proprietary to Innovation Data Process. This procurement action is for supplies in which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR Parts 6.302 and 13.106-1. The resulting purchase order will not exceed the simplified acquisition threshold. The procedures in FAR Part 13.106-3 shall be used.
