Analytical Graphics, Inc. who developedthe STK software and as the sole producer of the STK software and licensing andmaintenance support has the unique capabilities required to provide this solution. Due tothe proprietary nature of the intellectual property, Analytical Graphics, Inc. is theonly firm that can provide these required services and materials.Interested organizations may submit their capabilities and qualifications to perform theeffort in writing to the identified point of contact not later than 2:30 p.m. local timeon 6/24/11. Such capabilities/qualifications will be evaluated solely for the purpose ofdetermining whether or not to conduct this procurement on a competitive basis.
