Work to include the rehab or replacement of multiple structures. Preliminary Engineering,Environmental Services, Final Design, Right of Way Acquisition and Construction Services including but not limited to the following tasks: survey, line & grade, utilities, environmental clearance, pavement design, TS&L, design field view, right of way plans, traffic control plans, cultural resource studies, roadway plans, foundation reports, structure plans, constructability reviews, schedule development & Plans Specifications & Estimates Packages for bidding. This planned project is for one agreement using the Modified Selection process. This project will include the following locations: SR 3004-D51 (MPMS 67548) in Auburn Township, Susquehanna County bridge replacement over Riley Creek. SR 3004-550 (MPMS 79570) in Auburn Township, Susquehanna County bridge replacement over Riley creek. All questions, upon advertisement, must be submitted through ECMS and will be the only acceptable manner of making inquiries.
