This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

This solicitation W9127Q-12-T-0071, is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-43. This procurement is a 100% Small Business set-aside IAW FAR 19.502-2 (a). The NAICS code is 237130 and the small business size standard is 100 employees. The following commercial items are requested in this solicitation;

CLIN'S 0001 - 0007 - SEE ATTACHMENT . Place of delivery is 186th ARW - CMSgt Tony Grice, 6225 M Street, Meridian, MS 39307. Also there will be a site visit at 1000 on Wednesday, 05 September 2012. A site visit is mandatory for consideration of award. Please confirm that you will be attending the site visit with TSgt Ned McCormick at [email protected]. Please include all applicable labor, assembly, and equipment fees. The evaluation factors for this requirement are price and technical capability. Price is exactly equal to technical capability.

The following provisions and clauses apply to this acquisition: The provision at FAR 52.211-6 Brand Name or Equal. FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors--Commercial Items. Quotes will be evaluated and awarded to the offeror with the lowest price technically acceptable. The provision at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items, and the offeror must include a completed copy of this provision with their proposal. The Government reserves the right to award on a multiple award or an all or none basis.
