This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

This solicitation W9127Q-12-T-0071, is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-43. This procurement is a 100% Small Business set-aside IAW FAR 19.502-2 (a). The NAICS code is 237130 and the small business size standard is 100 employees. CLIN'S 0001 - 0007 - SEE ATTACHMENT . Place of delivery is 186th ARW - CMSgt Tony Grice, 6225 M Street, Meridian, MS 39307. Also there will be a site visit at 1000 on Wednesday, 05 September 2012. Please include all applicable labor, assembly, and equipment fees. The evaluation factors for this requirement are price and technical capability. Price is exactly equal to technical capability.
