The Regional Clinical Laboratory at Austin State Hospital (RCLA) is requesting a lease agreement for the Bio Rad D10 hemoglobin A1C analyzer or equal to perform hemoglobin A1C testing on patients within the Health and Specialty Care System of the Health and Human Services Commission. Testing is performed for patients residing at the state hospitals and state supported living centers throughout the State of Texas. See attachment A – SOW. IF BIDDING EQUAL ITEM(S), PROVIDE DESCRIPTIVE LITERATURE WITH BID.
