Project Description:

Solicitation Documents: The solicitation will be issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) requiring both price and technical proposals responding to evaluation criteria described in the solicitation. Documents will only be available electronically to download from this website on or about January 29, 2015

Description: Services for performing Mastication release in conifer plantations within the Cypress Plantation project area on the Lassen National Forest.
 
Unless otherwise provided, the Contractor shall furnish all labor, transportation, equipment, tools, supervision, materials and any necessary incidentals to accomplish work on this project.

Location: This project will be located on the Hat Creek Ranger District of the Lassen National Forest, Shasta County, CA.

Price Range: Set-Aside: This project is 100% set aside for HubZone concerns.
 
Response Location: Offers will be accepted at the Northern California Acquisition Service Area, Redding Office, located within the Shasta-Trinity National Forest Headquarters at 3644 Avtech Parkway, Redding, CA 96002 NO LATER than 3:00 p.m. PDT on date indicated on solicitation.
