The Project(s) consists of but is not limited to:  Renovation of Farney Elementary School in Harris County Texas, which includes the following work: replacement of carpet and VCT floor finishes; providing new cap sheet to existing roof; renovation of academic classroom area; renovation of Pre-K/Kinder restrooms; renovation of front entry reception; installation of impact-resistant glazing; replacement of all campus casework; replacement of lighting, lighting controls, hot and cold water pumps, boiler, colling tower, and HVAC controls and chillers; and security upgrades.  Renovation of McFee Elementary School in Harris County Texas, which includes the following work: replacement of carpet and VCT floor finishes; renovation of academic classroom layout; renovation of front entry reception; construction of kitchen addition; renovation of kitchen and serving areas; installation of impact-resistant glazing; replacement of lighting, lighting controls, and HVAC controls; and security upgrades.  Renovation of Swenke Elementary School in Harris County Texas, which includes the following work: painting of all previously-painted interior surfaces; replacement of select floor finishes; renovation of academic classroom layout; renovation of front entry reception; construction of kitchen addition; renovation of kitchen and serving areas; installation of impact-resistant glazing; site drainage improvements; replacement of lighting and lighting controls; and security upgrades.  Phasing: School is to remain operational throughout the construction process without interruption to the educational program. School holidays and summer breaks will need to be utilized to minimize the impact to students and teachers.
