SSK Military Industries, Inc., Lebanon, OH 45036-1415 is the only authorized distributor of the Military CYPRES for United States sales. Any other responsible vendor believing they have the capability of meeting the requirement may submit their capabilities to include technical documentation to establish the potential of meeting the Government's need. To be considered, any such documentation shall be submitted in writing by 04 Jun 2019 at 10:00 a.m. EST. Extensions will not be granted. A determination not to compete the proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether or not bona fide competition exists. The applicable NAICS code is 334419.
