Vault Toilet Cleaning and Service, Ridgecrest Field Office This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for the acquisition of commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Bureau of Land Management (BLM), California State Office (CASO) Ridgecrest Field Office has a requirement for the cleaning of vault toilets. Description of Work: Furnish equipment, labor, and supplies to provide cleaning and full service of 14 CXT vault toilet facilities during the anticipated time period at four OHV Recreation sites, Fossil Falls Recreation Area, Trona Pinnacles National Natural Landmark and the Desert Tortoise Natural Area (DTNA) in the Ridgecrest Bureau of Land Management Field Office Resource area (Kern, San Bernardino and Inyo County, California). See attached Statement of Work and map of location for details. The awarded purchase order will be for one base period of approximately 7 months plus four option years. Solicitation Number 140L1219Q0014 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation will utilize the policies contained in FAR Part 12 in conjunction with the policies and procedures for solicitation evaluation and award prescribed in FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, as appropriate for this acquisition. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2019-01, effective 20 December 2018. This solicitation is issued as a total small business set-aside. The NAICS associated with this solicitation is 561720 Janitorial Services, which has a small business size standard of $18M. Quotes shall be submitted via electronic mail only to [email protected] by no later than Tuesday, May 7, 2019 at 4:00 pm. Submissions through FBO, Fedconnect, or FBMS/PRISM will not be accepted. Quotes shall include a description of how the offeror will meet the technical requirements of the RFQ and include a completed pricing spreadsheet (Attachment 3).
