The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst, NJ (NAWCADLKE) intends to enter into sole source negotiations with Prism Maritime, LLC,  Chesapeake, VA, for the installation of the Aviation Data Management and Control Systems (ADMACS) Block 2 Phase I equipment in the Building 123 ADMACS Lab at NAVAIR LAKEHURST in support of the ADMACS Program.

Prism Maritime is under contract to perform Alteration Installation Team (AIT) services on CVN 74 in Norfolk, Virginia  for the ADMACS program. Due to tight ship schedule Prism's familiarity with the CVN 74 setup is the best alternative for the Government to

execute the set-up at the  NAVAIR LAKEHURST ADMACS Lab.

          
The NAICS code associated with this requirement is 336611. The Government intends to procure the above items under the authority of 10 USC 2304 (c) (1), FAR 6.302-1. Prism is the only company known that can meet the agency's need quickly for the CVN 74 lab set-up in support of the ADMACS Program.  All responsible sources are encouraged to submit a proposal in writing that may be used by the Government in determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon the response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
