Carson Valley Medical Center Expansion and Renovation is a multi-phase Acute Care and MOB Tenant Improvement Project comprised largely of a +/- 44,000 sq.ft. single level addition to house the relocation of the Emergency Department, (3) Operating Rooms, (25) Bed - Patient Rooms including (3) ICU’s , Diagnostic Imaging Department, Respiratory Therapy, Sterile Processing Department +/- 2,800 sq.ft., supporting Central Plant, Utility and Infrastructure Upgrades & Relocations and tie-ins to Liquid Oxygen Supply Tanks, Emergency Generators, Decommissioning of Solar Arrays and Sitework Improvements. Additionally, the MEPFS scope will also include a future Rehabilitation Space located in Building “C” +/- 8,500 sq.ft. and currently includes the following programming scope: Open Gym Space, (3) General Private Treatment Rms , (1) Peds Rm, (1) OT Rm, (1) SLP Rm, (1) Neuro Rm, Clean and Soiled Linen Space, Hand Washing Area, PT Documentation Space in Open Gym, Manager/Office Space, Staff Storage Space, Equipment Storage Space, Registration/Reception, Waiting & Future Space for Cardiac Rehab. SPD & CUP will have a 2nd Floor open Space Constructed above these locations.
