The work to be accomplished under this contract includes roadway re-alignment, planing and resurfacing of the existing asphalt pavement, base repairs, concrete replacement, curb replacement, sidewalk replacement, apron replacement, installation of ADA compliant curb ramps, drainage improvements, street lighting, permeable pavement, landscaping, traffic signal work, maintenance of traffic, striping, storm water pollution prevention plan measures and other appurtenances. Also included in this is the replacement of the existing 12” water main within the project limits, including new service lines to each existing curb stop, new hydrants, valves, testing, and disinfection of new mains and abandon in place the existing 12" water main. Also, included are sanitary and storm sewer lining, patching and repair, along with manhole separation, new curb inlets, storm laterals and storm sewer repair. Their is a DBE Goal for the project (see bid package). Prior to bid opening, all Local-Let Bidders (prime contractors) are required to submit the LPA DBE Utilization Form which details their DBE Utilization Plan (Utilization Plan) to ODOT. Davis-Bacon Act Wage Rates are applicable to this project. Only ODOT pre-qualified contractors are eligible to submit bids for this PROJECT.
