Amendment 0001 to this posting, dated 15 June 2020, updates the provision at FAR 52.212-2 "Evaluation - Commercial Items (Oct 2014)." Specifically, language has been added to clarify that Factor I - "Technical Experience" and Factor II - "Past Performance" will be evaluated on an "Acceptable/Unacceptable" basis. The definitions of "Acceptable/Unacceptable" for both factors have also been added. The new language has been highlighted yellow in the provision so Offerors can clearly see what was added.

Regional Contracting Office Wiesbaden (RCOW) is soliciting quotes for the competitive award of a firm fixed price contract for Customer Support Services at U.S. Army Garrison (USAG) Wiesbaden, Germany. The performance period is one (1) 12-month base period with four (4) 12-month option periods, with performance anticipated to begin on 1 August 2020. The anticipated contract will be a non-personal services contract for program management support of the USAG Wiesbaden customer service program.
