The software/system should be able to help the University advance and assess those efforts. It is the goal of the University to be able to have a personalized interaction with prospective students. This will involve, but not be limited to communications with prospective students that are personalized to the student, and the software's capability to develop a personalized portal page for students. The software/system should be easy to use for recruiters and other administrators.
