The National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) in support of LIG intends to negotiate on an other than full and open competition for the following specialized supplies: 1) custom order to construct a series of recombinant protein expressing CHO cell lines with Genecopoeia, Inc (9620 Medical Center Dr, Suite 101, Rockville, MD 20850). To the government's knowledge Genecopoeia, Inc is the sole provider for the custom recombinant clone development using CHO cell lines. This is not a request for proposal. All responsible sources who are certified by Genecopoeia, Inc as an authorized third party vendor may submit a proposal showing their capabilities and past performance providing these custom recombinants. The vendors shall provide certification from Genecopoeia that they are authorized to provide these supplies. All responsible sources may submit a response that will be considered. The Government reserves the right to make a decision whether to this requirement is available for competition.
