This is a notice of intent to award a sole-source contract and is not a request for competitive proposals. Naval Medical Reserch Center (NMRC) intentds to solicit a proposal and enter into a contract with Puresyn, Inc. Malvern, PA. The statutory authority for this sole source procurement is 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) per FAR Part 6.302-1(c). The NAICs code for this action is 325413. This requirement will be procured under the guidelines of FAR Part 12 Commercial Service, NMRC requires all contractors doing business with the Acquisition Office must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM).
