The contractor shall accomplish all actions necessary to build a free standing 12ft high by 33ft by 40ft pergola made of all non-flammable materials IAW the Statement of Work, dated 3 August 2017.

SITE VISIT INFORMATION:
A site visit will be conducted on 17 August 2017 at 1300. In order to attend the site visit, complete the attached site visit form (Attachment #3) and submit to [email protected] no later than 15 August 2017, 1:00pm MST.

If attending the site visit, please arrive no later than 12:15pm MST at the Visitor's Center to be escorted onto the base. Visitors will then be escorted to the site.  Refer to Attachment #2, Base Access Procedures for further information. 

Any questions as a result of this site visit must be submitted via email to [email protected] no later than 22 August 2017, 1:00pm MST. The Questions and Answers will be posted to FBO as an amendment to the solicitation.
