The Contractor shall provide all management, tools, equipment, transportation, materials, labor, and any other items or services necessary to perform custodial and snow removal services at the Yokota Commissary, Yokota Air Base, Japan.  The Contractor shall maintain a professional appearance in accordance with (IAW) the Performance Work Statement (PWS), commercial standards and practices. This PWS covers the services for the sales area, meat department, office area, break rooms, and outside area (CLIN x001).

Note 1: This project will be performed in its entirety in the country of Japan. The successful offeror must be licensed and registered to perform work in the country of Japan.

Note 2: Solicitation issuance and closing dates are tentative. It is the offeror's responsibility to check the firm dates at block 6 & 8 of SF 1449, once the solicitation is released, to ensure submission of your offer in a timely manner. If you have any questions about the release date of a solicitation please contact the Contract Administrator or Contracting Officer listed in this announcement.

Note 3:  Drawings are not attached uploaded PWS.  The offerors shall contact POC via email to receive the drawings.

Note 4: Site visit will be conducted at 10:00 AM on 12 Feb 20 at Yokota Air Base, Tokyo, Japan. All offerors shall be at gate by 0930 hours. If your company request to participate in the site visit, the offerors shall submit an uploaded gate pass request form to contract administrator NLT at 14:00 on 3 Feb 20.
