The contractor shall provide the custodial services for Yokota Commissary, Yokota Air Base, Japan in accordance with the attached PWS. The offerors are required to have one/some of the following past performance (experience) to participate the subject solicitation.

(i) Government Commissary Custodial Services for Defense Commissary Agency

(ii) Custodial Services at food supermarket and/or grocery shop/store other than on-base Commissary Store

NOTE: THIS SOLICITATION IS INTENDED ONLY FOR LOCAL SOURCES. LOCAL SOURCES ARE THOSE SOURCES NORMALLY RESIDENT, LICENSED AND REGISTERED TO CONDUCT SERVICE BUSINESS IN JAPAN. OFFERS FROM NON-LOCAL SOURCES WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED UNDER THIS SOLICITATION.
