This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial custodial services prepared in accordance with FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The request for proposal (RFP) number is GS-07-P-16-JU-C-7006. The GSA PBS Acquisition Division (7PQB) has a requirement for custodial services at TSA Bentonville, One Airport Blvd., Bentonville, AR 72712

Proposals will be evaluated based on technical compliance with the Government's requirement, past performance, and price. Award will be made to the responsible offeror submitting the lowest priced, technically acceptable proposal.   The period of performance shall be for one Base year and Four (4) one year options.

This procurement is 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside. The NAICS code for this project is 561720 and the size standard is $18 million.
