The intent of the contract is to provide for the construction and completion of the work described. The precise details of performing the work are not stipulated except as considered essential for the successful completion of the work. Furnish all labor, material, equipment, tools, transportation, and supplies necessary to complete the work according to the contract.

The work shall be performed on road #3124. Work shall consist of road reconditioning, reconditioning rolling dips/grade sags, cleaning culvert inlet/outlet, cleaning cattleguard, and furnishing and placing Erionite Free aggregate. Location for placement of the aggregate in the additive deductive item will be staked in the field by the COR for placement.

The project is located on the Sioux District, Custer Gallatin National Forest and is approximately 100 miles north of Belle Fourche, South Dakota, 25 miles south of Buffalo, South Dakota. The road begins in Section 8 T18N R8E. \

Magnitude of Construction Project: Between $100,000 and $250,000 (per FAR 36.204(c)).
