Janitorial services shall be provided for the Gardiner Ranger District, Custer Gallatin National Forest.

Contractor is required to furnish all labor, suppplies, materials (other than Government-furnished) and incidentals necessary to provide janitorial services for approximately 2900 square feet in one office building.

Government anticipates a base plus four (4) option years, fixed-price contract.

The current janitorial service contract will expire May 31, 2015. Contract requirements have not significantly changed from the current contract except for the addition of weekly and bi-montly services (see statement of work).
