The project is located approximately 22 miles north of Bozeman, MT on the Custer Gallatin National Forest. The culvert sites are shown on the Plans. Road access to the sites is seasonally limited.

The project sites are accessed in the following manner:

Road 6981 Culvert site: Take Hwy 86 north from Bozeman through the Bridger Mountains. Exit Hwy 86 and proceed west on Flathead Creek Road to junction with Forest Road #6981. Public access to Road #6981 is seasonally closed at this location. Proceed approximately 2.25 miles on Forest Road 6981 to project site shown on the Cover sheet of the Plans.

Road 6982 Culvert site: Take Hwy 86 north from Bozeman through the Bridger Mountains. Exit Hwy 86 and proceed west on Flathead Creek Road to junction with Forest Road 6980. Public access to Road #6980 is seasonally closed at this location. Proceed approximately 1.1 mile on Forest Road 6980 to its junction with Forest Road 6982. Proceed approximately 0.25 miles on Forest Road 6982 to project site shown on the Cover sheet of the Plans.

A formal site visit will NOT be held for this solicitation. Vendors are highly encouraged to visit the site prior to submitting a quotation.
