This is a single prime contract Non-PLA (Project Labor Agreement). The scope of work includes the removal of existing and installation of new roofing system required for the Baruch College ITB building. The work is taking place in an occupied building. The Contractor is responsible for scheduling and coordinating the work of all trades to ensure the scheduled completion date is met. The Contractor is responsible for providing all work. Specific requirements for the work of each Contract are also indicated in individual Specification Sections and on Drawings for each Contract. Only those Contract Documents obtained in this manner will enable a prospective bidder to be identified as an official plan holder of record.
