(1) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The awarded contract will be firm fixed price.

(2) This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ).

(3) This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-76A

The intent of this solicitation is to obtain quotes for Culvert and Bands, corrugated galvanized steel, helical with annular ends for bands. The culvert will be in various diameters, lengths from 8-24 feet of various quantities. To include delivery to Hungry Horse Ranger Station, Hungry Horse, MT

BASIS OF AWARD

Offer of award will be made to the quoter whose quote, as determined by the Contracting Officer, provides the best value to the Government, considering but not limited to such factors as price, and past performance.

SCOPE OF CONTRACT

Contractor shall furnish materials, supplies, transportation and supervision necessary to provide culverts and bands as specified in the Schedule of Items for the Flathead National Forest.

PAYMENT
Payment will be made upon completion and acceptance of items and receipt of the Contractor's proper invoice.
