Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division intends to procure supplies for DDG-51 Class ships' electrical plant systems from DRS Technologies to include the following items: Continuous Thermal Monitoring (CTM) Thermal Ionization Detectors, CTM Universal Sensor Interface Modules, and CTM Analog Sensor Cables.  This will be a Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order. This contract shall be procured on a sole source basis from DRS Technologies. These DRS items ensure compatibility and conformity with existing programs/systems .   Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government to not compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
