Car Track Equipment Maintenance (CTEM) seeks to purchase one (1) remanufactured Caterpillar C13 Long Block Engine. Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority (WMATA) owns and operates a fleet of Tampers having Caterpillar C13 engines as their main power plants.
