Abatement + Demo o Completely abate and demolish existing PHSC building, green house, and head house, including basement. Backfill basement excavation to existing grade using fill as recommended by geotech. o Remediate soil PCBs, if found to be present. o Remove all hardscape within limits of demolition as annotated on hardscape limits of demo plan. o Provide initial setup of initial BMPs once site is cleaned. Stabilize soil to mitigate dust issues.
